On occasion a poker room may offer us a higher rate of commission in order to attract more traffic to their site. This enables us to offer you (the player) a higher rate of Rake-Back. If for any reason the Poker room decides to reduce this rate at a later date for any reason, we will correspondingly reduce the rate of Rake-Back to you by the same proportion. At no time can Wired Jacks.Net pay Rake-Back to a client of a percentage amount higher than that percentage amount it is receiving from the Poker Room. You will always be given written notice of any change in your rate within 7 working days of Wired Jacks.Net being notified of any rate changes from the Poker Room.

Please Note: It is your responsibility when signing up to a Poker Room to make sure that you are not contravening any Rules or Laws (such as “Age Requirement”) that the Poker Room or the Territory, State or Country (in which you are resident) have governing an account.

All Poker rooms have the right to withhold payments from Wired Jacks.Net in the event they believe that there is reason to believe that a player is using their poker account for fraudulent purposes. In this event they can refuse to release commission to Wired Jacks.Net. Whilst these occurrences are few and far between, they are nonetheless possible and Wired Jacks.Net reserves the right to pass on any refusal to release commission to any such player. Wired Jacks.Net depends on reports from its poker room partners to determine the amount of Rake-Back owed to our players. The “Gross Rake” amounts we receive from the poker rooms at the end of each month are subject to change at any time on account of missing or additional data, fraud and Charge-Backs. The month end reports that we receive from the poker rooms are final and Wired Jacks.Net are unable to enter into any discussion with any poker room on this issue as this would breach the poker room's player confidentiality rules. If you feel that the amount of rake you have generated in any given month is wrong, we would advise you to contact the poker room before talking to Wired Jacks.Net. In order for a player to receive payments, Wired Jacks.Net need to access online reports from the Poker Rooms we are affiliated with. By signing up with a poker room for Rake-Back through Wired Jacks.Net you are granting us permission to access and to view these reports and are also granting permission for the respective poker room to pass on and allow us access to see these individual reports and the information contained therein.

All Rake-Back payments are calculated upon net rake. On occasion this is done once a player’s retention bonuses, any other added site bonuses and transaction charges have been deducted by the Poker Rooms. Some rooms do not deduct bonuses. All negative net rakes at the end of a month are carried forward to the next month regardless of whether the associated poker room resets negative balances for Wired Jacks.Net to zero. This is because our net rake for a poker room is calculated as a total of all players belonging to that room. Therefore a net negative rake player will offset a player with a positive rake and whilst Wired Jacks.Net has to pay Rake-Back to the positive rake player, Wired Jacks.Net does not receive an equivalent rake from the poker room because of the other player's negative contribution. Therefore negative rake must be carried forward to make up for the losses incurred by Wired Jacks.Net. Players registered to more than one poker room through Wired Jacks.Net will have their relative poker room net rakes combined. If a player signs up for poker Rake-Back and also chooses to play at a Poker room's casino (if it has one), NO Cash-Back will be available on any losses they occur at the casino. A player who signs up to a Wired Jacks.Net associated / affiliated Poker room using a link or code will only be entitled to Rake-Back on poker providing the room they have chosen provides Rake-Back.

Please Note: Some poker rooms offset a player's “Casino Play” against the players Poker Rake-Back generation. If a player chooses to play at a Casino Room linked through the same Casino’s Poker Room it is possible and likely that Casino Winnings will be offset against poker rake generated and so a player may find that they receive reduced or no Rake-Back at all in a given month.

Please note that Full Tilt currently deducts “Transaction Charges”, for transactions such as points used for merchandise and contributions for Freerolls from a player's Monthly Gross Revenue.

Please also note that Betfair Rake-Back is calculated as a percentage of net rake generated by a player. This net rake is defined by Betfair as follows: "Net Rake" means total commission generated by Betfair Poker from its person to person poker product accessible via the Betfair Poker website less any tax, payments to third party software providers, marketing expenditure, adjustments made for any credit card charge-backs, fraudulent or otherwise voided or modified transactions and liability to any betting duty or licensing fees for data or other duty that may arise". Net rake is approximately 95% of gross rake. Players requesting payments by cheque in $ should be advised that their bank may charge them for receiving a cheque from a non US Bank. All players are advised to use the most economical method of receiving their Rake-Back.
